the 18th international Picture Award is now closed!
We thank all photographers for their incredible submissions. You're not making it easy for us!
We’re now retreating to select the winners and will announce them in the 3 categories here and on Instagram by June 22. Until then, we’ll continue posting all entries on Instagram that we haven’t posted yet (of course, only those who provided their Instagram handle).

We Donate to
Nature Conservation!
Dear Community! Starting in 2025, we will donate €0.50 for every photo submitted to the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF). Donations will be made at the end of each year.
​
We are donating to the WWF because it is the largest international nature conservation organization, and as an international photography competition, we couldn’t choose just one local initiative. If you’d like to donate as well, feel free to check out the WWF or search online for initiatives and organizations in your region.

About Picture Award
Picture Award is the international photography award for all kind of photographers, no matter if you are a professional, semi-professional or an amateur photographer and no matter if you use Sony, Canon, Nikon, your mobile phone or any other camera device.

Join our different categories that we publish during the calendar year. Each category is only played once a year, so there is only one winner per category per year. In order not to miss a category, simply sign up for our newsletter.

Participation in the award costs 4€ to 5€ per image submission. You can apply as often as you want in all categories. The winners of gold, silver and bronze can look forward to up to prize money and, of course, a winning certificate.
