About the Picture Award

​The international Picture Award was created to honor photographers like you for your special artistic work. In times of social media balloons and commissioned work, amateur and professional photographers find it increasingly difficult to focus only on their artistic development. Although photographers learn something new every day thanks to the huge and technically well-equipped community, the appreciation of their art is often only reflected in likes.​

This international photography competition honors the best pictures in different categories several times a year.

10 winners will be awarded in each competition category:

Gold Medal Winner - €250 + Certificate
Silver Medal Winner - €100 + Certificate
Bronze Medal Winner - €50 + Certificate

Rank 4 to 10 - Certificate

 

We are also happy to regularly publish pictures of participants on our constantly growing Instagram account, provided the photographers include their Instagram address on the entry form. The participation fee is only 5 € in order to keep the entry barrier as low as possible and at the same time to guarantee the quality of the award.

A jury of independent photographers and artists selects the best pictures and decides according to technical criteria such as picture composition and picture quality as well as artistic criteria such as picture story.

Any photographer, whether professional or amateur, who is 18 years of age or older may enter the competition with images photographed by him or herself. Please note that the personal rights of both the photographers and the people in the picture are important to us.
